Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin, says he regrets giving away one of his tracks to Natalie Imbruglia. Martin claims that the track could have one of Coldplay's "best ever".

Natalie Imbruglia moved the release of her new album back to May to include the song. The song, that may be titled "Scars", is expected to be the first single from Imbruglia's forthcoming new album Come To Life.

Chris Martin said: "A bit annoyingly we've given her the best Coldplay song of all time, but because we're off-cycle we can't do it ourselves."

He added: "Half of me wishes we still had it. But she sounds brilliant on it. I think she has a very unique talent and an incredibly unique voice."
