The King of Pop continues to make musical history nine months after his death. Michael Jackson has now landed the biggest record deal in history.
Record company Sony has signed a record deal worth around £130m. The deal will see a string of rereleases for many of Jackon's hits. The new Sony deal could see 10 albums released over coming decade, which will include some previously unreleased material.
After his death, sales of Jackson's music rocketed, making him one of the biggest earning acts of last 2009.
Some say the singer left behind a lot of unreleased new songs that have unlikely been heard by anyone before. Nobody's quite sure if all of them will be released, although the contract is reported to include the soundtrack to the recent film This Is It. Michael Jackson died at his home in Los Angeles in June at the age of 50.
