Wyclef Jean has reportedly not been allowed to become President of Haiti.
The former Fugees frontman is ineligible to stand for the job, according to news agency Reuters.
Rules state that candidates must have lived in the country for at least five years leading up to the election.
Earlier this week Wyclef Jean met the current President of Haiti- which has massive levels of poverty and saw 230,000 people killed in an earthquake this January.
Apparently Wyclef has been in hiding since he let the world know he wanted to become president. Some members if the American public are infuriated and have been sending him death threats.
