When you're rich and famous and can have anything you want, who's to let what God gave you get in the way, particularly in the boob department. While some pop princesses are more upfront than others about having had a bit of a boost in the bra, others seem to think that none of us will notice the seemingly overnight trebling of their cup size and deny all knowledge of surgery. But you only have to scour the net for a few seconds to find a raft of experts who are constantly on the lookout for the tell-tale signs of who has and who hasn't gone under the knife.
